Sometimes bigger is better. That’s why we’re expanding our services so we are more accessible to a wider range of clients. We are fully aware that some clients will need more help than others too and that’s not a problem at all. We’re happy to give as much or as little input as required.

Now, this is NOT aimed at your personal profiles as they should be saved for updating friends and family on what you’ve been up to (or not up to) in lockdown or posting a picture of next door’s cat that keeps tapping the back door for food. This is all to do with your business social media pages.
Online advertising is becoming increasingly important the more we advance into the current generation of online based business and marketing.
Fake news, sensationalist headlines and false information have always existed on the internet, as a form of clickbait, but we have seen a rapid increase of all three of these across social media in the past few years. All too often, we see articles written to spark outrage and gain traction with its likes, comments and shares rather than reporting the truth.
Social media has been around for the best part of 23 years. Whilst social media has evolved over these years, for example being used by businesses to market and sell their products, and for communities to grow remotely, how much has it really changed more recently?

Depending on your age, you may remember being taught, or your children being taught, about “cyber bullying” at school. Well, apparently, some slipped through the net and have decided they can say what they like about whom they like when online. Now, whilst we are huge believers that everybody is entitled to their own opinion, there is always a time and place to voice them and understanding this will play a huge part in helping people think before they act online.

Over 12 years ago, Chris Messing, founded the immortal ‘Hashtag’ that inadvertently led to it becoming the staple of social media marketing campaigns.

Firstly, strategically placed in tweets, this type of metadata tag is now widely used across all social media platforms, particularly Instagram. However, if you get too #hashtagging happy placing too many in your post/tweet, your precious content could be rendered useless due to it’s unintended ‘spammy’ look! So, why use hashtags?
You've heard the saying "we only ever see one another at weddings and funerals!" Family times are to be cherished, these gorgeous moments where we are all together. These times don't happen very often and since my Dad passed away a few years ago, they seem even more special.
I was asked this week to help a business associate with her first business blog. I feel honoured and so incredibly flattered when anyone asks me for help or advice and I will always give my best for them.
