Let me ask you a question. How often do you ask for testimonials from your clients?
Testimonials are such a great way of building brand trust and credibility. If you use written ones make sure you use the clients photo and logo to further support it.
What works even better is video! If your clients are confident enough in front of a camera then ask them to film a short video one.
When was the last time you asked your clients or customers for referrals?
Referrals and word of mouth should be a key part of your business growth. Happy clients talk about how happy they are with a service or a product. However, as happy as your clients or customers are, they will sometimes need asking if they would mind recommending you.
I'm a firm believer of -
"If you don't ask you don't get"
So, nicely ask "as you are happy to use my company, would you also recommend me to your connections?
Or why not ask them if they can write down 3 - 10 of their contacts that they feel could use your services or products and you can then follow them up.
